How long does production and shipping take?
Custom signs take 3–7 business days to manufacture. Once shipped via express courier, delivery takes an additional 4–7 business days.
Is it easy to install?
Yes! Every sign comes with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing and complete wall mounting hardware (barrel standoffs or hanging wire kit). Installing it is as simple as hanging a picture frame.
Can I use my custom sign outdoors?
Standard signs are rated for indoor use. If you plan to install your sign outdoors or in an exposed area, select the Outdoor Waterproofing (IP67) upgrade at checkout.
How is the sign powered, and how long is the power cord?
Your sign plugs into standard wall outlets using the included certified 12V power adapter. It comes with a clear, discreet power cable attached to the sign and an additional adapter cable, giving you approximately 9–10 feet of total reach to your nearest outlet.
What happens if my custom sign arrives damaged during shipping?
We fully insure all our shipments! If your sign is damaged in transit, simply take clear photos of the damage and outer packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will manufacture and dispatch a brand-new replacement sign free of charge.
How long will my LED neon sign last?
