Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Signs

Custom-made LED neon signs are handcrafted specifically to your approved design, font, text, and size specifications.

  • Returns/Refunds: Custom signs cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind once production has started.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel a custom sign order for a full refund before design approval or before production begins. Once production is underway, cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. Pre-Designed (Non-Custom) Signs

  • Eligible non-custom catalog signs can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all accessories (power adapter, remote, mounting hardware).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged in Transit Policy

We take great care in packaging, but if your sign arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Report the damage within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Contact support with your Order Number, clear photos/videos of the damaged sign, and photos of the shipping box/label.

  3. Once verified, we will produce and dispatch a free replacement sign as quickly as possible.

4. 2-Year Warranty

All our indoor LED neon signs come with a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering electrical components, adapters, and LED functionality when used appropriately.
