2. Shipping Method & Timelines
We offer Free Express Courier Shipping on all orders. Once production is complete, delivery times are estimated as follows:

International: 5–9 business days. (Note: Total turnaround time from order placement to delivery is typically 7–14 business days).
3. Order Tracking
Once your sign ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping)
All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are covered by us—there are no hidden fees upon arrival.
